Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 27, 2025

At Radiant Places, we aim to provide exceptional, high-quality cleaning services that exceed client expectations. We take pride in our work, and client satisfaction is extremely important. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which clients may be eligible for a refund or a service re-clean.

 

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will evaluate the concern and may offer a complimentary re-clean of the specific area(s) in question. Recleans must be scheduled within three business days of the original service.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only offered under specific conditions, including:

  • A service was not rendered due to an error on our part

  • A pre-paid appointment was cancelled with proper notice (24+ hours)

  • A re-clean was declined, and the initial service failed to meet professional standards upon internal review

Partial refunds may be offered if the service was completed only in part due to unforeseen access or safety issues beyond the client's control.

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment

  • No-shows or denied entry to the property

  • Services that were completed to reasonable and professional standards but did not meet subjective expectations after the fact

  • Appointments where a final walkthrough was declined or not attended

 

4. Prepaid Packages and Promotions

Services purchased as part of a promotional bundle or prepaid package are non-refundable, but if unused, they may be eligible for rescheduling within 60 days.

 

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation.

To request a refund or report a service issue, please email support@radiantplaces.ca with the following:

  • Full name and contact information

  • Date of service

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

 

6. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all concerns amicably and professionally. If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, we may refer the matter to a third-party mediator or the Better Business Bureau of Central and Northern Alberta.

 

7. Changes to This Policy

Radiant Places Cleaning reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
